Comprehensive design for unique Madison properties
We conducted brand strategy and naming for ULI as part of a small but well-appointed apartment complex just steps from Madison’s Capitol building. They settled on “The Pressman,” a tribute to the building’s original purpose as the Democratic Printing Company. We designed environmental signage for that and 25 West Main, along with collateral to help them attract new tenants.
