Senior UX/UI Designer
Seeking a UX-focused digital designer who is conceptually driven and holds usability as the highest priority of design. In this role, it’s crucial to be a self-motivated learner and leader who dives into complexity, distills meaning and creates actionable goals. You dig for details, embrace technical challenges and have excellent documentation and communication skills.

Lead content strategy for digital and multi-channel projects

Qualifications
Must-Haves
4+ years agency experience
Fluent in Sketch or Figma for developer handoff
Experience designing for multiple CMS platforms (including, but not limited to, Squarespace, WordPress and Craft CMS)
Animation and motion design experience
Ability to manage large projects and proactively track details
Nice-To-Haves
HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge
Experience with K-12 education
Experience with digital and social media marketing

Graphic Designer
Seeking a detail-oriented designer who can work across all media. You have a solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and excel at communicating through words and sketches to sell your ideas. You love typography and value the readability of a beautiful page–whether it’s made of pixels or paper. You're a creative collaborator with a passion for blending form and function who believes in design as a force for good.
Responsibilities
Develop concepts from creation through execution
Present your work to the team and orchestrate client communication
Bid production for projects and coordinate with printers
Qualifications
Must-Haves
1-3 years agency experience
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Good organization and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Nice-To-Haves
Video and animation skills
Familiarity with UX Design, Sketch and Figma
Experience with digital and social media marketing
