This client came to us to help them guide visitors to use the self check-in kiosks to shorten lines and free up registration personnel to take care of other important tasks. We helped design wayfinding around the kiosks that fit well in the interior—but also guided visitors to use the new kiosks. In the first week they saw a 25% increase in patient self check-in.

When UW began renovations in the hospital Pharmacy they came to us to design wayfinding, brand the pharmacy, and create a lively space that would feel distinct from the rest of the hospital but still fit in. The results have pleased patients and staff alike. The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) honored this project with an "Award of Excellence" in Retail Design.
